Thanks for contacting us. We've received your submission.

If you’ve been a fan of lululemon for quite some time, you’ll surely be *aligned* with this hot new launch we’re about to tell you about (see what we did there?)

There's no doubt about it — the red-and-white logo-embossed retailer is a premium athletic apparel retailer that has never failed to exceed our expectations — whether we’re glossing over its buttery soft leggings or fan-acclaimed tanks.

In honor of the warmer weather trailing full-speed ahead, the brand launched its brand-new blissfeel trail running shoes on May 23 to have you feeling good and treading freely.

Much like lululemon's Chargefeel Sneakers (that we reviewed and love), its fresh new pair are well-made and comfortable. Its standout quality? This is lululemon's first road-to-trail running shoe, designed to offer women a lightweight and supportive fit for easy, year-long strides.

What's more, because the blissfeel trail running shoes are designed with a high-traction outsole to conquer uneven terrain, they’re even ideal for those with flat feet (trust us, we spoke to a podiatrist all about arches, foot support and everything in between).

Of course, upon unboxing my newly minted blissfeel trail running shoes, I had to hit my local recreation center. Because this shoe is specially designed to take you from your sidewalk-lined streets to dirt-ridden trails at the park, I put them to good use.

Let me give you a quick backstory before diving into my review. I walk a ton in New York City (namely, in heels), so when I’m going on afternoon walks, weekend hikes and playing basketball in the park on a nice day in my New Jersey neighborhood, I want comfort.

More, I also have a bit of a flatter foot than most, so much so that I can feel my feet begin to hurt if I wear flat-lined sandals or shoes with zero cushioned support. If I want to stretch, get active and feel my best, there has to be a marshmallow-soft footbed and a good outer grip for me to feel properly supported.

If growing up with flat feet wasn't enough, I also have a wider foot. Because of this, the area surrounding my toes is a bit larger than most (lovely, I know), so having a roomier shoe is a must for me. If not, my toes will become squished in the shoes which, in turn, will not pan out well for me.

Specifically, it can ruin just about any outdoor activity.

First off, don't lululemon's blissfeel trail running shoes have the most stunning design? Its lace-up detailing is secure and well-made, along with its backward detailing that helps prevent blisters, thanks to its fabric coming a bit higher up than other sneakers on my shoe rack.

Just by looking at the shoes, you can tell there are many different tones and textures characteristic of this pair, allowing them to feel extra grippy and comfortable to the foot. Its careful design to wider feet is also something I appreciate, which comes in handy for folks who love wearing a thicker sock.

From my perspective of wearing and testing multiple different retailers, the way in which these shoes were designed is top-notch. The pair has a slightly sloped design that's curved upward, allowing your foot to have more support and more flexibility when outside. It's a wonderful hiking shoe, too.

Additionally, I’ve never seen a sneaker with this much of a grip, which threw me by surprise because they’re so lightweight. They’re not built like hiking shoes (nor will they replace them) but they come pretty dang close, which is perfect for me because I hate clunky boots and would much rather parade around evergreen trees in a pair of feel-good sneakers.

The lululemon blissfeel trail running shoes make me feel great as well. With a matching workout set and a belt bag (from, you guessed it, lululemon), you’ll be wearing quality from head to toe. When outside, I never had to worry if I was going to have adequate arch support or lose my balance.

Overall, if you’re in need of a good pair of running shoes and love the look of these match-all shoes, they’re worth that add-to-cart maneuver. Plus, the shade I unboxed was a bit of an off-white, making them perfect for getting a little bit dirty — as opposed to stark white.

So, celebrate this hot new lululemon launch alongside us. They’re the perfect versatile shoe that's perfect for walking, running and nearly every other outdoor activity. For a feel-good shoe, they’re well worth the price.
